Issues with merchandise

If your merchandise is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately via email. Consumers have 2 days after their order is received to inspect the product and contact us with issues regarding the order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of order received, we will not assume responsibility are no longer able to resolve the issue. 

Refunds

All sales are FINAL! We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages dur to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
